Schneehutte is a project located in Innsbruck designed to regenerate soil that has been degradated because of skiing.
Ski causes a degradation on the soil, removing the first important soil layer of humus; which prevents vegetation from growing.
To regenerate the soil on the slopes, I developed a master plan, where the designed pavillions are moved around the slopes after keeping preserved that part of soil during one year.
The pavillions are parametrically designed to be able to get adapted to the slope and the irregular terrain.
The pavillions are built with extensible bars to be able to shorten and lenghten them, aswell as temporary foundation.
